My name is Dan and I started this blog because of my great interest in health and well-being. I truly believe it all starts from within, and it starts with our health. My mission through this blog is to help you prioritize you and your health.

As someone who struggled with weight issues in the past, I know how difficult it can be to make healthy choices.

My whole perspective on health and wellness changed, however, when I started to prioritize my health. I really want to show with this blog that living a healthier life doesn’t have to be complicated or difficult.
