Ear Point
The third point is found within the ear. In order stimulate the area of the ear, and aid in weight loss, pressure is applied in the jaw area. A finger is placed against a section of the jaw that allows for the most movement. Once that point is found, allow the finger to press the jaw up and down for at least a minute.

Knee Point
The fourth point is just two inches beneath the kneecap on the outer side of the leg. Pressure is applied on this outer point for a minute using the forefinger.

Elbow Point
The fifth point is the large intestine point, and is located near the inside of the crease of the elbow, which extends towards the stopping point of the elbow.

Ankle Point
The sixth point is located on the inside of the leg about two inches above the ankle slightly adjacent to the bone there. Pressure is applied to that point with the thumb for about two minutes. Release of the pressure should be done slowly and the process repeated on a regular basis.

Massage First and Last
With all six points, it’s important to massage the areas in question first before actually applying the pressure.
